Henry Salvador est né à Cayenne, en Guyane française, en 1917 et est mort à Paris, en France, en 2008, à l’âge de 90 ans. C’était un comédien, chanteur et guitariste. Il a été actif à partir des années 1940 jusqu’au milieu des années 2000.
Une de ses chansons a été sur toutes les lèvres pendant des années. Elle est sortie en 1965 et son sujet est toujours d’actualité : « Le travail, c’est la santé ».

Henry Salvador was born in Cayenne, French Guiana in 1907 and died in Paris, France in 2008 at 90. He was active from the 1940s to the mid-2000s. He was an actor, singer and guitarist.
One of his songs has been on the lips of everyone for years. It came out in 1965 and is still current : “Working is Healthy.”
